It has been one hell of a year! With Covid impacting so many people on so many different levels and the uncertainty of what next year will bring, we all need a break. Nothing refreshes the body and mind like spending time in nature with loved ones. I always say balance is important and there is not need to be on a diet during the holidays. Life is too beautiful to constantly restrict yourself and continue following the rules of this or that diet, especially during the holiday season. Breathe, slow down, relax, spend time with loved ones, watch the sunset, walk barefoot, play with your children or grandchildren, laugh, be creative, read that book and smile.
