It is time to stop dieting and to start thriving.

I’ve been there. I’ve done my fair share of diets. I would lose weight, gain weight, lose weight and gain weight. I would starve myself, count calories and weigh my food. I would eat unappetising, bland diet food that offers very little nutrients to my body. I would deprive myself from anything that tastes good and train myself to ignore feelings of hunger. I did all of this in an attempt to see that magic number on the scale.

It was only until I had a health scare a few years ago that I realised that it was time to stop dieting. It was time to start focusing on my health and in doing so, the most amazing transformation happened. Yes, I did lose weight, but I gained so much more.

👉 I started thinking differently about food, my body and my health.

👉 I started to listen to my body and fuel it with delicious nutrient dense food.

👉 I found balance, control, peace, health, happiness and ultimately food freedom.

👉 I fell in love with eating delicious real food.

👉 I started thriving.

We all deserve a life of vitality and we have the potential to create it ourselves.  In a world where we are bombarded with information, from the latest diet craze to the perfectly sculpted bodies on the covers of fitness magazines, it is difficult to know what is best for you and your family. We live in a society where dieting is the norm and your dress size is more important than being healthy. It is time to stop dieting and to start thriving!
