As a health coach, I create a supportive, and safe environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

How does the program work?
- This is a one-on-one 6 months health coaching program.We will start with the initial health history consultation. During this session we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals. Once we are all set to start, we will meet twice a month for a total of 12 sessions. Our sessions will be 50 minutes long. All sessions are done through Skype or FaceTime, however, clients living in South Africa have the option of in-person sessions at a venue of your choice.
- You will leave each session with brand new knowledge from that day’s session, plus recommendations for you to try out and put into practice until our next session. After each session, you will receive a “session recap” email from me, plus 24/7 email support throughout your program. During our sessions, I will empower your growth and transformation with recipe and exercise ideas, handouts, books, documentaries, movies recommendations and food samples, to name a few.
