Healthy chocolate ice lollies – dairy and refined sugar free

The perfect treat for a hot summer’s day.  These healthy chocolate ice lollies are 100% kids approved and dairy and refined sugar free.  My daughter loves making these on her own.  They are quick and easy to make and even the adults won’t say no to these little chocolate delights.

These healthy chocolate ice lollies are dairy and refined sugar free, quick and easy to make and 100% kids approved.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp chocolate flavoured protein powder (we love Wazoogles)
  • 4 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
Directions
  • Step 1 Remove the pips and cover the medjool dates with hot water.
  • Step 2 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whizz with a handheld blender until smooth and combined.
  • Step 3 Fill 6 ice lolly moulds with the mixture and freeze for at least 2 hours.
